All my yoga classes are designed to be welcoming and friendly. Yoga is about community, friendship and sharing a love of yoga is one of the main reasons I started to teach.
I have been practising and loving my yoga for the last 20 years. I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2012 with the Devon School of Yoga then continued to train as a yoga therapist in 2015, linking in with my nursing career.
My classes are generally taught in Topsham, however in order to adapt to our new lifestyle with Covid 19 my sessions are currently all online using Zoom. I send out a weekly class schedule with the necessary ID and passwords. If you have not used Zoom before then do give it a go it is easy and works well with yoga. Please contact me here to book in.
I ask for voluntary contributions of £7 per zoom class or £36 for a bundle of 6 classes taken at any time. I do understand that people can find finances hard, so even if you cannot pay please come along.
Mondays 8 am – 9am. Very relaxing, breath work and stretching and a yoga nidra which is a led meditation whilst lying down. A good start to the day.
Tuesdays 6 pm – 7pm. Yin class with slow holds.
Thursdays 6 pm – 7pm. Gently flowing Hatha yoga for everyone.
